Let's be friends on Instagram!

My favorite makeup look, my favorite thrift shop gem dress and my favorite sunnies ☀️
Home grown Lion's Mane veggie burgers 🍄 Recipe: bbq or pan sear sliced Lion's Mane than build up your sandwich according to your taste and diet. We used wholegrain buns, put pesto on the bottom, than kimchi and sauerkraut mix, your mushrooms, cheese or subs than salad on the top! #lionsmane health benefits: One study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry lists the benefits by stating lion’s mane mushroom is “antibiotic, anticarcinogenic, antidiabetic, anti-fatigue, antihypertensive, anti-hyperlipodemic, anti-senescence [anti-aging], cardioprotective, hepatoprotective, nephroprotective, and neuroprotective, and improves anxiety, cognitive function, and depression.
A few pictures I took today at my husband's mushroom farm @400piedschampignon 🍄 The last photo is the trippiest! 🏙️ Do you guys like mushrooms? Which one is your favourite? My personal favorite is the Lion's Mane. They look like cauliflower and their health benefit contains improving memory, reducing depression and anxiety, increasing energy, stabilizing blood sugar level, supporting heart health and good circulation and much more! I'm so proud of you @mloyer99 💚 ( If you are a chef/restaurant owner and you'd like to purchase some, please contact him directly through his Instagram @400piedschampignon )

🔥BULLSH*T ALERT🔥 I didn't wanted to post this picture on the first place, eventho I love my outfit, the lights and basically everything because I found my thighs look too big... I told you, bullshit alert... The moment I said it to myself I started to laugh because I remembered how grateful I am for my thighs! They are fucking amazing so as all of yours! 💚 So I laughed and gave thanks to my beyonce thighs for being strong enough to carry my upper body, to bring me from A to B, to be a great surface for a big tattoo like the one I have (😛) and than I sent love to each and every muscle I have. Self-love is a journey and sometimes old negative behaviors still come to the surface, but I'm happy I can realize it's a big pile of BS, gather myself instead of self-punishment or self-pity just and be grateful for all that I have! 💚 So let this be a reminder for you how amazing you are and never forget to love yourself and be thankful for the body you have in this life time. I invite you to try it next time you catch yourself saying BS about yourself or your beautiful body! Just laugh at it, than thank yourself and your body part all its hard work and send it much love. You will see how the parts you hated the most will become beautiful and precious to you over time. It takes repetition to get used to this sort of new behavior. You've been punishing yourself for many years and it never made you feel better. Let's try to love yourself and see how it works! And who would worth your time and effort more than yourself? ❤️ Every body is beautiful! Hands up if you agree!!!!! 🖐️ #MPsoulshares Photo: @fruityheartmama
(2/2) It wasn't even a big, day long research. The whole truth was one googling away. I typed: 'Who made my clothes?' I read about Rana Plaza, sweatshops, suicide, abuse, 20hrs workdays, environmental pollution, plastic and pesticides in our clothes and much more. I was devastated. Everything I loved and I could find an enormous happiness in as a part of self-expression is G O N E. Worse! What I thought my self-expression was is highly polluting and destroys lives and the environment. I had a few months of down. But than during a trip to Toronto in a shop I found an organic mascara. That changed everything! I quickly did my research on non-toxic beauty and since I still didn't have any connections here in Canada I reached out to this online community on Instagram and started to share my beauty looks and experiences here. It made me really happy and it still does, but something was still missing. I missed bags, clothes, nice shoes. And I love bags! Like, I'm addicted to bags! No shame 😛 After my operation last year, I figured let's try sharing my thrift store finds and some ethical clothes. I lost a lot of my followers and engagement because people just wanted to see beauty content. But my Instagram is not specified, it doesn't have a theme. It is always a reflection of how I am and what I do. So it couldn't stop me! I think I shared my first outfit photo a year ago and it makes me incredibly happy. Slowly, I am finding my way back to my life's purpose, to the core of what makes me wake up in the morning with a big smile and excitement. It is hard not to shop fast fashion, and I'm not saying I completely stopped. It's not true. But if I buy anything, it has to be an investment for many years. I recently bought a fast fashion bag (you know, me and bags) but I know I will keep it as long as it's unrepairable. And guess what?! I started to draw sketches again yesterday and research organic cotton, recycled plastic suppliers and well paid seamstresses. Who knows where this journey ends, but as long as I love every minute of it I'm not worried. I'm so grateful for the support and love of my insti fam ❤️ thank you guys! Photos: @fruityheartmama 💚
